Rural fencing
Rural fencing covers all requirements for boundary marking and land division on estates, parkland and country homes. Our fencing options provide practical and aesthetic solutions to define perimeter boundaries and aid land management, without disrupting the view.
Entrance to your property
Post and rail fencing is a popular option to install along the driveways that lead to country homes and estates. Coupled with large wooden gates, this traditional fencing adds to the grandeur of the property, whilst controlling visitor entry.
Metal Estate Fencing or Parkland fencing has been in use since Victorian times and is the quintessential fencing for rural properties both large and small. It can be made stockproof to prevent lambs from escaping and have a discreet electric fence attached. This stops horses or cattle from leaning on the fence.
Equine fencing
If your property includes stables, paddocks, grazing or cross country jumps, we are competent and experienced installers of all types of horse fencing.
Deer fencing
Deer fencing is a common request on rural estates. It is used to contain and protect deer within a deer park, or to prevent deer from accessing crops, woodland and other sensitive areas. We use leading Tornado deer fencing to create a strong and effective barrier.
Sporting estates
If your property holds driven or walked up shoots, we have the machinery and skills to build pheasant pens, hides, pheasant-friendly stock fencing, gates, stiles etc. If you need us to create drives or rides, we can undertake this too.
Rights of way
As fencing installers, we help to keep your land private. If bridleways and footpaths cross your estate, a clearly defined route ensures users stay on the right track. We also supply and install gates for points of transition between fields.
Respectful fencing installers
Our professional team are respectful of your land and the flora and fauna within it. With this in mind, we keep you informed on progress and remove all waste material from your property.
“Big thanks to Luke Stocks of David Stocks Fencing for partnering up on the job, always a pleasure to work together, playing with old techniques and new to get the most effective fence in this very hard gravelly ground with great success.”
